We’re a British jewellery designer with a long history in Hatton Garden – London’s world famous jewellery quarter.  We sell through the London Vintage website to allow customers all over the world, to experience our beautiful designs.

How do I contact London Vintage?

Are you staffed by real human beings?

Yes!  We’ve got a UK office and design headquarters, and all of our products are shipped directly to you from our UK warehouse.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes – you’ll get an immediate email as soon as you’ve placed your website order.  This will contain full details of the purchase, including the product(s), price and delivery address.
Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive it within a few minutes.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you contact us within 28 days, by sending an email to [email protected]
Earrings are excluded from this, due to hygiene and health protection reasons.  Earrings cannot be returned (unless they arrive faulty or broken from transit).
